Terms of use
Last updated 3 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you visit learntoleadhub.com, buy a course or use your account. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Learn to Lead Hub, an Australian business (ABN 22 767 904 430). You can contact us at hello@learntoleadhub.com or through our contact form.
By buying a course or signing in, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Buying a course
Each course costs US$49 (US dollars), paid once. There is no subscription. Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the seller of record for the payment: it takes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live, and issues your receipt. Link's own terms are shown at checkout and apply to the payment. Your card statement will show LINK.COM*. Checkout may show the price in your local currency, in which case the amount you pay is the amount shown there.
We provide the course and your access to it. We don't see or store your card details. Access is linked to the email address you enter at checkout, and we email you when it's ready.
3. Your access
- When you buy a course, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning for as long as Learn to Lead Hub operates, including updates we make to that course.
- If we ever decide to close the service, we'll email you at least 90 days before it closes, so you can finish the course and download your certificate.
- We may improve or update lessons, exercises and questions over time. If we make a change that removes a material part of a course you've bought, you can ask us for a refund of that course.
- Your account is for one person. Please don't share your sign-in links or let anyone else use your account. To buy for a team, contact us.
4. Signing in
There is no password. You sign in with a one-time link that we email you, which works once, for 15 minutes, on the device that asked for it. Keep your email account secure, because anyone with access to it can sign in as you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
5. Certificates
- You earn a certificate when you've completed every chapter, attempted every exercise and passed the course's final assessment with 80% or more.
- The name on your certificate must be your own. If it's wrong, ask us and we'll reissue it with the correct name.
- Each certificate has a public verification page showing the name, course, date of issue and status. Anyone with the certificate ID or QR code can see it.
- A certificate shows that you completed one of our courses. It isn't a formal qualification, licence or accreditation.
- We may revoke a certificate that was issued in error, earned by someone other than the named learner, or for a course that was later refunded. Its verification page will then show that it has been revoked.
6. Our courses are educational, not professional advice
Our courses teach general principles and practical skills. They don't take your circumstances into account and aren't legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Our HR course explains legal principles and tells you what to check where you work, but employment law differs by country, state and industry and changes often. Before you make a decision that affects someone's employment, check the law that applies or get qualified advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, publish or share course content, except for short quotes with credit;
- let someone else complete a course or assessment for you;
- use automated tools to scrape, download or overload the site;
- try to get around access controls, security measures or rate limits; or
- use the contact form or any part of the site to send spam or unlawful material.
If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Where that's because of a breach, a refund isn't available, unless the law says otherwise.
8. Intellectual property
The courses, text, exercises, questions, design and branding on this site belong to Learn to Lead Hub. Documents you write in drafting exercises are yours. You may keep, print and use the documents you download for your own work.
9. Refunds
If a course isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. See our refund policy for details. Refunding a course ends your access to it.
10. Your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
If you live outside Australia, you may also have rights under the consumer laws where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy that can't lawfully be excluded, restricted or changed.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to take it offline briefly for maintenance or security.
To the extent the law allows, and apart from the rights described in section 10, our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or opportunities.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features or the law changes. We'll show the date of the latest change at the top of this page, and if a change materially affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect. Changes don't affect a purchase you've already made in a way that reduces your rights.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. If you're a consumer living in another country, you may also be able to rely on the laws and courts of that country.
