About Learn to Lead Hub
We're a small online course provider that teaches the practical skills people need at work but are rarely taught: reading the numbers, making sound decisions, writing so people act, and handling the people side of a business fairly.
Our courses are for people who are good at their jobs and have just been handed something new: a budget, a team, an HR inbox. They're self-paced and written to be finished over a few evenings, on a phone or a laptop.

Practice beats reading
You remember what you do. So every chapter ends with something to do: a conversation to handle, numbers to work through, a list to sort or a document to draft. The feedback explains why, not just whether you were right.

Plain words, worked examples
Each lesson explains one idea plainly, shows it working in a realistic example, names the common mistakes and closes with one thing to do tomorrow. No jargon for its own sake.

Principles first, then what to check locally
Workplace law differs by country. Where it matters, we teach the principles that hold almost everywhere, add short notes on Australia, the UK and the US, and tell you what to check where you work. Our courses are educational, not legal advice.

One price per course, paid once. No subscription, no countdown timers and no upsells inside the course. If it isn't right for you, you can ask for a refund.
How our courses are made
Each course follows a published syllabus of 20 chapters in five modules. Every chapter is written from first principles for this course. Well-known frameworks are named and credited where we use them. Lessons, exercises and knowledge checks are reviewed for accuracy, clarity and fairness before they're published, and updated when practice or law changes. Updates are included in your access.
Certificates are issued only when a learner has completed every chapter, attempted every exercise and passed the final assessment. Each has a unique ID that anyone can check on our verification page. We aren't a registered training organisation, so our certificates are certificates of completion, not accredited qualifications.
The business
Learn to Lead Hub is an Australian business (ABN 22 767 904 430) selling to learners worldwide. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe: the sale is made by Link, Stripe's checkout service, on our behalf, which is why card statements show LINK.COM*.
